Shipping & Returns

Every artifact is forged after it is claimed. Each piece is produced to order, then shipped — nothing sits in a warehouse.

Shipping

• Forging (production): most artifacts are made within 2–7 business days before they ship.
• Delivery: United States 5–10 business days · International 7–15 business days (estimates).
• Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. You'll receive tracking as soon as your artifact leaves the forge.

Returns

If your artifact arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund — just email us within 30 days with a photo. Because every piece is forged to order, we can't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, so please check the size chart first.
