Refund policy
Every artifact is forged after it is claimed. Each piece is produced to order specifically for you — nothing sits in a warehouse — so please read this before you claim.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your artifact arrives damaged, misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us at thinson910@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You won't need to ship the item back unless we specifically ask.
Change of mind or wrong size
Because every piece is forged to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please use the size chart on each product page before claiming — every artifact lists exact measurements under Specifications. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us first and we'll help you choose.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to fix a size, color, or shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it if the piece hasn't yet entered the forge (production). Once production begins, we're unable to make changes.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging — with proof of purchase. Contact us to begin.
Refunds
Once a replacement or refund is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't seen your refund, email us at thinson910@gmail.com.
